Why founders hire me

I've seen hospitality from every side of the table.

I started as a waitress and worked my way into management. I spent more than a decade recruiting hospitality talent. Today I lead people strategy for multi-site hospitality businesses.

I've also built businesses myself, so I understand the pressures founders face when growth starts to outpace the team beneath them.

That combination matters.

Because people problems are rarely just people problems.

They're usually growth problems, leadership problems, retention problems, consistency problems, or founder-dependency problems.

My role is to help hospitality businesses solve those issues before they start limiting growth.

Working with Vanda

Founders don't have a people problem. They have a structure problem dressed up as a people problem.
